The Fabrication Process

Creating a perfect acrylic logo requires exact precision.

• Laser Cutting: We do not cut by hand. We feed your vector logo files into our advanced laser cutting machines. This ensures every curve, sharp angle, and intricate detail of your logo is replicated flawlessly, down to the millimeter.
• Layering for Depth: To create a dynamic 3D effect, we often layer acrylic. For example, a 10mm clear acrylic base topped with a 3mm colored acrylic face.
• Color Matching: We offer a wide range of cast acrylic colors. If your brand has a very specific Pantone color, we can apply high-quality vinyl or UV direct printing to the face of the acrylic to ensure exact brand compliance.

Mounting and Installation

The beauty of a 3D acrylic logo is in how it interacts with the wall. We offer two primary installation methods across the Tricity area:

1. Flush Mounting

The acrylic pieces are directly bonded to your wall using heavy-duty structural tapes and adhesives. We use a precise laser-cut stencil during installation to ensure every floating piece (like the dot of an ‘i’ or separate logo elements) is spaced exactly as it was designed.

2. Standoff Mounting

For a more dramatic effect, we mount the logo on a clear or frosted acrylic backer board. The board is then mounted to the wall using stainless steel standoff studs, making the entire logo appear to float an inch off the wall.
